Redefining MENtal Health
The MENtal Mix is building trust amongst men to create safe spaces for men to prioritize their mental health and well-being, with the aim of reducing the number of men struggling with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and ultimately reducing suicide rates among men.
We are achieving this through various therapeutic group sessions, Talk/panel discussions, workshops for change, and collaborative efforts. Statistics on men's mental health show that there is a significant need for the work we do. Over 6million men suffer from depression every year.
Over 80% of men that have attended The Mental Mix events Participation (attendance rates) reported satisfaction and benefit of information and resources shared to combat struggles they face.
LIVE EVENTS
Igniting Real Conversations around MENtal Health
Our after work event series is focused on connecting individuals of varying ethnicities, socioeconomic levels, life aspirations, and career achievement through a supportive network. We host a panel discussion during the event that reflects these individuals and provides resources and tools for men to improve.
